I grew up performing. Fifteen years of singing live Bollywood and Gujarati music around Perth taught me the thing no tutorial can: how to watch a room and feel the exact moment it is ready to move.
In 2024 I took that instinct behind the decks. My first paid set was at Paramount Nightclub in May. By the end of that year I had closed EMAS Curtin’s 10th anniversary party, played a techno set on stage at The Court as a Your Shot 2024 finalist, and rung in New Year’s Eve to a full house at The Old Synagogue in Fremantle.
Today I move between two worlds that most DJs never cross: underground tech house for Perth’s club and bar scene, and high-energy Bollywood, Garba and commercial sets for weddings, birthdays and cultural nights. Different rooms, same approach. Harmonic mixing, a library I have vetted track by track, and a set built for the people in front of me, not the one I planned at home.
